Yes there are people who lose weight, with little effort. But if you are looking for that toned look you do need to exercise. This is not a question or an option. If you want the sexy swimsuit body you will need to exercise, it will take work and effort. Honestly it might not happen in the 90 days but it can depending on your commitment and your body.

Now I have seen the changes that the Challenge has brought into people's lives. I have seen people get healthier, feel better and use less medication. It does work, it is possible. Maybe it's not your thing but this is working for thousands of people. You don't have to join, but you don't have to slam people for what they are doing. Just because they are using something different, doesn't make them wrong. Also if they are actually following the system and changing their lives and living the Vi-Life, there will be real lasting changes.
