I used to be quite heavy when I started running, and I think the weight toasted one of my knees, but it is still one of my faves. I just bandage it now for support, and off I go!Joyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03353235508124155446noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7314126508756791961.post-28044664461954483542012-06-15T04:01:01.123-07:002012-06-15T04:01:01.123-07:00I do dream of being a runner---but with knockers p...I do dream of being a runner---but with knockers past DD I've found it very hard to keep them down--Hubby's offered DUCK TAPING THEM LOL so I stick with speed walking and biking =^}ReviewsSheRotehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12097083828095846499noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7314126508756791961.post-21380337635742162712012-06-14T18:25:53.628-07:002012-06-14T18:25:53.628-07:00I've always wanted to enjoy running, but never...I've always wanted to enjoy running, but never found a way to do it. I'm 36 weeks pregnant right now, but really hoping to start running after I get the ok from my dr this summer. It's always been a dream of mine to not only do a 5k, but to enjoy it!Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04384152817490849846noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7314126508756791961.post-25654887664961761922012-06-14T17:55:19.529-07:002012-06-14T17:55:19.529-07:00My first experience at running was joining this 3k...My first experience at running was joining this 3k fun run with my daughter. I think she ran faster than I did! I do want to start running for fitness. I will consider those 4 tips you cited before I finally go running for real. Last year, I started with Couch to 5K, and after day 3, I was thinking, "I can do this!" and then I hurt myself. It's just now healing a year later (yah it was that bad!) SO yes, slow and steady win the race for sure! I'm thinking about trying again myself, so kudos to you!!! I'm here from vB, love your blog, I'm off to follow you all over :)
Kim
My Twintastic LifeKimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04755824648888016914noreply@blogger.com
